Certificates of Completion & CE Credits

To receive your Certificate of Completion, click here, fill out all information requested on the next screen, and submit the form to us. We will reply by sending you a link to the Business Insurance exam.

Once you receive the exam link, follow the directions, print your answer sheet and fax it to us at 1-866-671-0035, Attn: CE Scoring.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If your state requires that your
exam be monitored, be sure to follow all directions
carefully or you may not receive credit for the course.

Once we receive your completed answer sheet, we will process it and notify you of your score. If you pass, we will mail you a Certificate of Completion. If you don't pass, we will reply with a link to a second exam.

This Continuing Education and Certification is provided free by Ohio National to our Sales Associates.
