Later in this sales Appendix, there is a list of prospecting sources and methods that can keep your activity funnel filled, along with tools and techniques you can put to the test. We suggest that you evaluate each source or method, select those that will produce the best results for you in your marketing area, and then develop a written marketing plan which answers these questions:
- "Can I generate enough activity to meet my production goals?"
- "How should I approach my on-profile prospects?"
- "What do they need or want?"
- "How can I give it to them?"
By focusing your efforts on these prospects, you'll improve your sales results, and will soon develop a reputation as an expert in your markets. This can help you earn scheduled meetings with qualified, on-profile prospects and can eventually generate all the sales and on-profile referrals you can handle.
