Marketing Tools

Marketing tools such as pre-approach letters and newsletters can be used in your marketing efforts. Pre-approach letters are sent to prospects to put your name in front of them before calling them to discuss your investment services.

To assist you with your prospecting efforts, ONESCO has a pre-approved letter library containing numerous letters on different topics that are already pre-approved by ONESCO Compliance for client use. Keep in mind that any changes to these letters must be reviewed by ONESCO Compliance before the letters can be sent. In addition, all other security sales material, advertising and correspondence, including e-mail, must also be approved by ONESCO prior to use.
