Now that the proposal has been completed by Retirement Plan Services and sent to you, your first task is to study it carefully so that you can be completely familiar with the plan being recommended. This may also be a good time for you to call your Retirement Plan Wholesaler to get their perspective on the proposal and share ideas on how best to present it to your client. You and your Retirement Plan Wholesaler may even be able to team up to present and sell the plan, taking time to meet personally with Elliot Jacobs and Samuel Lofgren.
During your presentation of the proposal, make certain to review the partners' stated plan objectives (as previously recorded in the Request for Proposal and Retirement Plan Fact Finder forms from your first meeting) and explain how the proposed plan addresses those objectives.
