Furthermore, your Retirement Plan Wholesaler can be vital in assisting you with your task of completing Ohio National's Request for Proposal (Form 3202) where you will be asked to select the group variable annuity contract that will be used in funding the plan (ONCore Advantage, Retirement Advantage or Portfolio Advantage), as well as the correlating commission schedule. Once completed, the Request for Proposal should be sent to Retirement Plan Services.
