After identifying their investor profile, plan participants may implement their investment strategy by first:
- Selecting the Portfolio Allocation Model within the Determining Your Risk Profile (Form 3734-C) that matches their investment profile, then:
- Reviewing the color-coordinated Portfolio Choices (Form 3622-PEN) to select their specific portfolio options. The suggested investment percentages are found within each color category of the selected Portfolio Allocation model.
