Once the basic forms have been received, Retirement Plan Services prepares a contract and final application for Jacobs and Lofgren's review and signature. These documents are submitted to them along with their plan document. It is at this point that Ohio National's Retirement Plan Services will also make its initial contact with Jacobs and Lofgren and will thereafter communicate directly with them to expedite plan processing needs and requirements.
