Once the decision is made to install a qualified retirement plan, the process of doing so begins with the submission of the appropriate paperwork. This will depend on many factors, including the contract chosen, whether Ohio National is providing full service administration services, and whether the financial professional is an ONESCO registered representative.

Because the paperwork may vary depending upon the plan, it's best for you to call your Retirement Plan Wholesaler for assistance on the necessary forms. For a generalized list of forms, you may refer to Ohio National's Group Retirement Plans Submission Checklist (Form 3193). In the case of Jacobs and Lofgren, they will be using Ohio National's full service retirement plan administration services, so additional paperwork will be necessary.
