With the information and accurate census data you collected on the Request for Proposal (Form 3202), your Retirement Plan Wholesaler ran a proposal to demonstrate the plan design that may be appropriate for Jacobs and Lofgren.

The proposal that has been prepared illustrates both:

A Safe Harbor 401(k) Plan with a 100 percent match up to four percent of compensation; and

A Safe Harbor 401(k) (Matching) with an Integrated Profit Sharing Plan.
