Retirement Guide for Rollovers

In many cases, plan participants have qualified plan money located in a plan account from a prior job. Enrollment meetings may trigger questions in these employees' minds — questions that may be answered by referring them to Ohio National's Retirement Guide (Form 3864), focusing attention on Option 2 (rolling into their new employer's plan).

Another subject financial professionals may want to mention during the enrollment meeting is the plan participant's ability to go online at Ohio National's retirement planning Web site, ONretirement.com to learn more about creating their retirement plan. If plan participants log into "ONretirement.com" and click on the "Employees" section and then click on "Creating Your Retirement Plan," they will be able to read more detailed information on the topics you addressed during the enrollment meeting. This online service is reviewed in greater detail in Section VII.
