Marketing Opportunity Analysis raises questions only you can answer about where your time and resources are directed now and where they could be profitably directed in the future.

Based on what you know now:

  1. What marketing activities and public relations efforts are you using now? What more could you be doing to increase market penetration or expand your presence into new areas?
  2. If you decide to modify your services or develop all new services, what education or training would you need to upgrade your professional competencies?
  3. What are the risks and costs (time and money) associated with your answers to questions 1 and 2?
