All estate planning sales require more than one meeting. A three-step (or more) meeting process is recommended to effectively and properly develop and close an estate planning sale. Fact-finding generally occurs during the first two. The three meetings, each of which is studied in greater detail later in this section, consist of:

  1. Opening Meeting
  2. Data-Gathering Meeting
  3. Presentation Meeting
