The information presented in this section addresses the estate planning process from the agent's perspective. As noted in earlier sections of the continuing education course on Estate Planning, advisers are prohibited from offering legal and accounting advice (unless, of course, they are properly accredited to do so), and therefore, this section avoids technical discussions of estate planning from either the legal or accounting perspectives.
