A current insurance license must be prominently displayed in an agent's or broker's office so the license may be readily inspected.
Seminars, Classes, & Informational Meetings
In addition to other prohibitions on untrue, deceptive, or misleading advertisements, no advertisement for an event where insurance products will be offered for sale may use terms like "seminar," "class," or "informational meeting" to characterize the event unless the words "and insurance sales presentation" immediately follow those terms in the same type-size and font.
