AFTER THE SALE
Meeting annually with clients also keeps communications open and ongoing, during both good times in the market, as well as bad times in the market. Registered Representatives play a pivotal role in calming the fears of clients during a temporary down turn in the market.

Between annual reviews, you should touch base from time to time to see if your client's situation has changed since your last meeting; maybe even update the client's ONESCO-1 Form. How accessible you are to your clients and the level of continuing service you provide are what will set you apart from other financial professionals your client encounters. Remember, everyone has a "good" product. What makes yours better is you!
