Now that you have used due diligence going through the steps of gathering information to discover the client/prospect's needs and wants, calculating the amount needed to achieve those needs and wants and working through how they will be funded, you have the relevant information needed to select the appropriate investment product(s) that will meet your client/prospect's objectives.

As we discussed earlier in this course, you have many investment product(s) through ONESCO to select from, all with distinct advantages and disadvantages, to meet your client/prospect's objectives including:

Remember, you must be properly registered and will have specific responsibilities for the investment selection that you recommend to your client/prospect. ONESCO has to have a selling agreement in place for the specific product, the representative must be properly registered with FINRA and the specific state, and the representative must be appointed with the carrier for variable insurance products.
