FINRA Series 63

The Series 63, Uniform Securities Registered Representative State Law Examination, allows Registered Representatives to register at the state level as Registered Representatives if their state, or any state in which they want to become registered, has an additional registration requirement.

The Series 63 consists of multiple choice questions on subjects such as registration of persons and securities and ethics in the securities industry. In order to pass, you must score at least 72 percent within the 75-minute time limit.
