Telephone Follow-Up Call

"Hello, is this Craig Stone? This is Pete MacDonald with Ohio National here in Anytown. Do you have a moment to speak on the phone?

"I sent you a letter and brochure a few days ago describing our Salary Continuation Plans. Did you receive them?"

(If not, briefly explain the subject. Discuss the brochure, and then pivot to asking for a meeting.)

"I'm calling to introduce myself and to see if you are as interested in this concept as other successful businessowners and practitioners in the area are. It won't take more than 15 or 20 minutes. I'll be available Monday morning at 10 and again Thursday afternoon at 3:30. Which would be better for you?"
