• Salary Continuation Plan. A plan resolution must be adopted by the company, and the plan must be communicated to participating employees in writing. Generally, the client's attorney is asked to do both steps.
• Disability Buy-Sell Insurance. The buy-sell agreement must be drafted by an attorney and formally adopted by the company.
• Reintroduce the client to the sales process. Before leaving, you should set up the next need or objective to cover, and begin reintroducing the client to the sales process.
